If one fixed address is enough and you move more than that each month, the monthly plan costs less.

SOCKS5 and HTTP
Every kind of proxy here supports both HTTP and SOCKS5, with a username and password — the low-price plans included. Use HTTP unless your software asks for SOCKS5. After checkout, the order page shows the host and the port for each protocol your proxy has. The per-GB mobile pool carries web traffic only (ports 80 and 443) over either protocol.

Which kind of proxy costs the least?
For one fixed address, datacenter Basic has the lowest monthly price we sell, then ISP Basic. For traffic, Value has the lowest rate per GB. The comparison on this page has today’s figures.
Is a low-price proxy worse?
It is a different kind of address. Datacenter addresses usually cost least and run fastest, and they are also the first thing a filtering site blocks. Residential and mobile addresses cost more because they come from home and phone connections. Choose by what the site you are reaching accepts, then by price.
What is the least I can spend?
One gigabyte of residential or mobile traffic, or one month of one datacenter or ISP address — the smallest purchase of each kind. There is no setup fee and no minimum order.
